RSVP form

Your form can contain up to 10 fields to collect information from your guests. Please indicate with an asterisk which fields you would like to be required fields.

Form fields can be short answer, long answer, drop down options, multi-choice check boxes or single choice check boxes.

Custom wedding email address. A gmail account will be set up that contains the spreadsheet your RSVP form data will populate. You will also receive an email notification with the same information to this email address

In this theme there are 3 options of artwork for the title section of the site and 3 options for the RSVP section, please choose from below. (Examples can be viewed in the welcome pack.)

There are three hand-lettering styles to choose from in this theme. Please indicate below which font option you would like, and the colour.

There are two options for the artwork selection from the library for the remaining sections:

OPTION 1

You can pick all your artwork and provide the number references of the illustrations you would like in each section. I will then provide a first draft site where I design your site with the illustrations scaled and visually balanced across your site. Two rounds of feedback are then included for any adjustments of placement or changing elements.

(If extra wording is added further down the track additional elements can be added then)

OPTION 2

You can submit your wording form and either select as little or as many illustrations as you would like included and then leave the selection up to me. I will provide a draft version of your site featuring a suggested curation of elements and artwork and two rounds of feedback will follow for any adjustments.
