Artwork usage

​All artwork is not permitted for use outside your website without permission. If you would like to use the artwork on other items within the context of your special event, (eg. printed on wedding merchandise) please get in touch to discuss terms and conditions and for the high resolution files. (This ensures the artwork will be set up for the best printing quality and results)

Rachel Zuch retains the copyright to all artwork and designs.

If you would like to discuss owning the rights to an artwork a quote can be provided.

Edits

After the initial wording form has been submitted, five rounds of wording changes/updates are included for details such as time changes, updated information and new details becoming available for guests as the wedding approaches.

Additional changes beyond the included five rounds are charged based on the complexity of the revisions, and a quote will be provided before any changes made.

Please note change-of-mind edits to hand lettered headings are not included in the wording edits. Any changes to hand lettered wording (with the exception of a date or venue change) will have an added cost.

Two rounds of revisions are included for artwork selection and design. Additional illustrations may be requested and incorporated at the time wording revisions are submitted.

Timeline

The first draft of the website will be ready within one week of the initial form being submitted. Subsequent updates will also be completed within one week of form submission (urgent updates close to the wedding will always be completed as quickly as possible)

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required before any work can begin and to secure your spot in the design schedule.

The remaining 50% balance is due before the final edit is completed.
